One question need your help.

I have not enble SSL till now, so how do I setup includes/config.php??the COMPLETE path to your Zen Cart files is define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '......./html/hangerbase/');

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.hangerbase.com');
  define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://www.hangerbase.com');
  define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/');
  define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/');

Then you dont have to worry about SSL, if you dont use it yet.

Yup, look correct to me. You are using Ultimate Seo Url right? You will have to remove that module completely first

3.6.2 is released, this is a minor bug fix version, just some spelling correction, and a small fix to make link alias manager to work in Internet Explorer

Problems once again? what am I doing wrong....I have downloaded the latest version, followed the instructions and uploaded it to my website, then went to go to admin but just got the message INTERNAL SERVER ERROR, could not get to the site either. I have now uninstalled SEO and can see my site once again and get into admin. Is anybody able to help, what am I doing wrong. How do you install the PATCH there does not seem to be any instructions for that part.

Internal server error = 99% wrong htaccess config.

How to updated? just run little SQL, or to re-load all new files to overwrite
old files?

I dont know what type of error since you seem to turned it off, anyhow it mostly htaccess related error.
for upgrade, just upload, overwrite.
