iFrame Google Docs and Zencart page

Just to advise...

... be careful what you use <iframe> for in zencart. Especially with sessions.

(Iframe is generally not advised - not just in zencart, but anywhere.)

I actually just came across iframe when working with Google docs, other than that I have not used it at all.

For my education and for others who are not familiar with it like I am, would you mind elaborating why it is not advised to use?
