I am using the 3.6.4 that I downloaded yesterday. I also had the Easy Sign up and Easy Checkout (one page checkout) installed. The only way I was able to get the login page to redirect the customer to their account or allow them to login is by adding the login to the excluded list.

Customers are not able to update their cart quantity from shopping cart unless I add the shopping_cart to the excluded list.

Now the add to cart will not work from the product info page. The Buy Now will work from the product list page.

Any ideas???

None of the site in your signature is using ssu, so you will need to provide me the link to that correct site so I can check

The HID Site has the SSU installed but as I mentioned in a previous post. Customer that use the currency conversion are being redirected to a button link "http://www.ohiospeedshop.com/includes/templates/template_default/buttons/english/mcnt_details.gif" I have been told (when I had the SSU enabled) that the header is passing hidden fields to the web which is not good as you know.
I will enable that SSU on the HID site if you want to take a look at it as well.

Now back to your post the development link the SSU is installed on is precutcartint .com you can test the Add to Cart on product info page as well as the Buy Now found on the product listing page.

On the HID site check out this warning when switching languages...

If you are getting this message, it is because

a) The Volusion Live Chat javascript has been modified from its original code.

(You must re-copy the script from the SETTINGS screen of your live chat software, and re-paste it to your website.

or

b) The Volusion Live Chat javascript is pasted more than once in this page.

(Remove extra copy of this script on this page)

Also, you might fix some of the pretty serious errors you have going on.. no one is perfect and some errors are just stupid stuff, but you have some pretty serious ones going on.

The currency conversion worked fine for me... No issues what so ever.

There are no hidden fields in your header.... The the forms showing on the page.

Are you maybe referring to hidden text? As you have enough hidden text to be banned from Google good! Just every other example of this menu I have ever seen... it is not coded correctly and ALL child nodes are hidden w/ css display set to none... which is spamming. This menu must be coded correctly as not to have hidden text... and I promise this has nothing to do w/ SSU.... CSS rather is the issue.

And 2 other issues... your newsletter box set to default checked will get you a blacklist recommendation from the FTC.... and processing credit cards w/o an SSL?????

Not making a mess here, but you have some pretty big issues..... not at all related to currency conversion here.

On the other site, you are not supposed to put:
currency=EUR
plus it is an older version, upgraded for you

The module, once installed correctly, should run without problem. If it doesnt, most of the time it's a user mistake, in those cases just post the url, the step to replicate the problem. From time to time, I will have to get temporary access to your server to know what's going on.
Sometimes it's the htaccess misconfigured, sometimes the user claims that the module is upgraded while it is not.

If it is indeed a bug, it will be fixed asap, usually within 24 hours because i know how problems with this module can greatly affect your stores, so I treat them with the highest priority.

I am having an issue with checkout and login and cannot seem to solve or reproduce the issue.
The customer is in France and this is the error he is having:

I have got a problem : i can't buy ..
I can log i : then my cart is full of 6 items .. But I can't go to sheckout
..
It says cartempty ... and i cannot log in anymore ..
Can you help me ?

Could it be that having "Set SSU Multi Language Status = false" is the problem? I have temporarily turned SSU off but want to be able to turn it back on. He is trying to order a fair amount of product and cannot.

I realize this may not be the problem but since I have tried loggin in using his email and cannot reporduce the problem I am on a fishing expedition.

Any ideas?

Not sure, but first make sure you have latest version which is 3.6.6.

Then well, see if it helps, you can also pm me your site so i can try to reproduce problem.

I am not a designer or a programmer (I am an engineer). I can only style the site and make it look good. I am not sure how to correct the errors. I have tried to look into them but they W3C validator doesn't make sense to me.

Yellow1912 I have a question for you. You might have already answered it somewhere. When I upgraded to ssu 3.6.4, my Google XML Sitemap doesn't work without switching off SSU first. It will work then. I don't know why. you have any ideas. Thank you

K, I tried the one by Andrew Berezin, no error whatsoever, no need to turn off ssu. if you can provide me with the symptom in more details i may be able to give more help
