"Themed Gift Baskets" is the set of Keywords I am using on our site for SEO.
Shouldn't be on the footer. You are saying that the theme of the site was made by "Gift Baskets". This is not the proper way to do SEO.
Why would the search engine pick-up on [HOME_PAGE....] as keywords?
Your metatags look this way, that's why:
HTML Code:
<title>Monumental Gift Baskets</title>
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />
<meta name="keywords" content="HOME_PAGE_META_KEYWORDS" />
<meta name="description" content="HOME_PAGE_META_DESCRIPTION" />
<meta http-equiv="imagetoolbar" content="no" />
<meta name="author" content="The Zen Cart™ Team and others" />
<meta name="generator" content="shopping cart program by Zen Cart™, http://www.zen-cart.com eCommerce" />
The template was designed for 1.3.6. After that the metatags were taken to a file of their own. If you haven't work on that, maybe that's your problem. Also check if you are using the overrides correctly.
