Link Manager 3.0 Support Thread

Thank you for the posts everyone, Clyde the posts you made seems to have done the most help for me. the only thing I am seeing now is that the links are right on top of each other with no padding or borders. I have tried changing the padding and the border in the CSS page but nothing changes when I do that. I am new to zen but I thought I had a decent grasp on editing PHP and CSS pages. any help is appreciated.

I wanted to thank you again for the help on this. I hate to bother you but I was curious as to whether or not you were able to find anything as to why the links on the fix you posted were so close to each other. It is difficult to tell where one ends and one begins.

If you go to my site, you can see how it looks using the settings I've indicated and the default installation of the mod.

Which version of the mod are you using?

I am using version 3-5-0
I have the settings as you suggested

Display Link Banner Image 1
Display Link Description 2
Display Link Click Count 0

and I am still not getting an image to show up. maybe in my trying to fix things I have made them worse. I have attached screenshot of my admin - config - linksmananger settings. I am sure it is something very simple.

This should take care of the problem with the images.

go to admin -> configuration -> links manager

change this option as indicated

Link Banner Image Directory links_image/

OK, this is driving me crazy...

I have completely uninstalled the mod, ran the uninstall sql commands and did a complete clean install of the mod...
I get this...

which works great but the only problem I have is that the title/description column is not wide enough and as you can see only puts one or two words per line.

I install the links fix patch that you sent me a few posts ago and I am now getting this...



I know this is a great mod and I love it. I also know that this is really annoying to you clyde and I am sorry for all of this, but this is driving me crazy. the settings are default since the clean install in the config area.


in the extras - links area I can see the images on the right that are suppose to appear but for some reason they are not showing up on the links page.

Hi clyde,

I have links manager v 3.5.0 installed on 2 of my zen carts.

For some reason, the links displayed on the links pages are unclickable. I tried working around with the settings but they still remain the same. Could you please help me out with this?
