Image Handler 2 (for ZC v1.3.8 ONLY) Support

I did a double check and all files are uploaded and in the correct locations.

You only see 3 options in IH2 Admin because it thinks that it is already installed.
I would try uninstalling (thoroughly), then reinstalling.
