did you check your includes/configure.php and admin/includes/configure.php to make sure the cache folder path is correct?
Also, on some host you cant change folder permission via ftp, so make sure the folder permission is actually 777 and the cache folder permission should be 777 as well

Hi,
I receive the following error message when I press on my google ads that appear on the left of google search:
Redirect Loop
Redirection limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load the requested page. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked.
The browser has stopped trying to retrieve the requested item. The site is redirecting the request in a way that will never complete.
* Have you disabled or blocked cookies required by this site?
* NOTE: If accepting the site's cookies does not resolve the problem, it is probably a server configuration
issue and not your computer.
The url that I set it to go to is http://www.naturalfinesse.com/green-...ea-extract-p-5 and when I use a redirect checker tool I see this:
Checked link: http://www.naturalfinesse.com/green-tea-extra
ct-c-1/green-tea-extract-p-5
Type of redirect: 301 Moved Permanently
Redirected to: http://www.naturalfinesse.com/green-tea-extra
ct-c-1/green-tea-extract-p-5?zenid=3ce4e6afd5ee66a

What do I do to fix the problem?
Thanks
Hi - I'm trying to install SSU and having a bit of a dilema
I've been following the install instructions here
http://wiki.rubikintegration.com/zen...u/installation
I've installed the module manager (which I hope is working all ok - seems to be and is in my admin->tools), and changed my config files.
but now, when it comes to uploading the module files (the folders admin, ajax, cache, docs, inculdes< and the files .htaccess, ssu_check.php) the instruction just say
"INSTALLATION
Steps:
1. Upload all files to your server.
"
trouble is - I'm not sure where these files should go. Do I split them up and put them in different folders, or should they all be in one folder, and if so, where should that folder be and what should it be called ?
Hope someone can help as I'm worried about wrecking my site so far as I'm very new to php and mysql.
Why do I keep getting this error when I go to the module manager and Simple SEOIs there a way to make this mod and Google XML sitemap work together to generate an SEO friendly xml sitemap. When I try to submit the sitemap to Google, none of the links are being indexed.Code:Error Failed: 1 Error ERROR: Cannot create table module_version_tracker because it already exists Warning Note: 1 statements ignored. See "upgrade_exceptions" table for additional details. Error Failed to set up version tracker table
I had my host support to check it for me and they said the permission is 777 on the folder and thats when they told me I need to contact the software developer.
This is my admin setting and .htaccess
