Yes, I would like to add "Handling charge" for 3,4% but I don´t know where to add this fee which should be only for PayPal handling charge. Ithink it is only possible to add handling fee for Zone but not for Payment methods .

i think that is correct, you can add a handling fee for zones. im not sure you can add one for payment methods
if by adding a fee for a payment method, i think this would be classed as the same as charging for using this payment method.....

this would need to be done on the order total pages,
since you would have to add the same handeling fee to every order regardless of the payment method

You may charge a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services, as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge and is not higher than the handling fee you charge for non-PayPal transactions

i thought so, if you did work out a way to add a handling charge for a specific type of payment, this would possibly be in breach of paypal TOC'S

Yes I understand. But I would rather leave it, I don´t think it is fair to put handling fee for everything the same.
