If your customer didn't log into PayPal before confirming their order, with PayPal Express (they are given that option early on), they are directed to the PayPal site after confirming their order to log in and pay, just like like usual. Perhaps I am misunderstanding. Please feel free to PM me and I will help you so we don't "muddy up the waters" here.
