Did you configure TPP in admin?

Admin > Configuration > TPP

If so, then something was missed or corrupted when you uploaded the files, you might have to re-upload.

I didn't make any changes in that area. Is there anything specific that must be adjusted from the install?

In the css folder, just to confirm, there is a tpp.css file and a tpp folder?

I need some help pls...i install tabbed products pro and it looks ok in ff but for ie6-8 or chrome somethings wrong. Can any1 help me with what might have cause this:

Are all of the files in the /includes directory supposed to be uploaded? In addition, is the cj_loader_install required for this also? The instructions in the doc/readme_tabbed don't make mention of it.

If you haven't installed all of the files included in the module package, then that might be why it's not working for you..

No, that is not it. I installed every file there was...to include the /min directory and cj_loader_install.sql which are not made any mention of in the read me, but it still does not show any tabs on any products. I even installed on a totally different zencart site.

What are your settings under:
Admin > Configuration > TPP

Everything is set to 1 and the bottom two are product_info and all_tpp_tabs1.css.

It is very strange because in the Page Source I can see all of the tabs and scripting, but it doesn't appear on the browser.

If your host is still running pHP4, then you will not be able to use the latest version of TPP.. Try uninstalling TPP and installing v1.05..

I actually have PHP 5.2.11 on the server.
