can't see my admin page

hi i am using zen cart v1.3.8a. my website:http://www. ideas2print.com/shopping/

recently my ssl certificate and dedicated IP address have expired.now i can't go to my admin page.i just see "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".

can anyone help?

You have 2 options.

1. Renew your SSL
2. Disable SSL support in zencart.

Edit /includes/configure.php by changing

define('ENABLE_SSL', 'true') to
define('ENABLE_SSL', 'false)

and
/admin//includes/configure.php by changing

define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'true') to
define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'false')

and
define('ENABLE_SSL_ADMIN', 'true') to
define('ENABLE_SSL_ADMIN', 'false')
