CC payment info being declined...

I am a new site recently started. Just opened it up after testing Credit card transfers and they were all successful.

I now have had several customers try to order and their cards are coming back declined. I then tried it myself with my personal card and It also declined me.

Here is the error I get from the "Decline":
SGS-002000: ERR 26 - CALL SUPPORT
1262962966

I am also getting confirmation emails from a successful transaction that is actually failing.

Any help or suggestions would be highly appreciated. I am very frustrated at this point and not sure what else I can do.

Have you contacted them? Have you asked your host if they have made any changes? Have you added or changed anything on the site recently?

I have a ticket placed with first Data.

I am receiving a "Decline" error for every transaction placed on my site.

I haven't asked the hosting company if anything has changed because they are to notify me of any changes. What would I ask them if I were to place a ticket with them?

Only thing I changed in the site was to turn off the linkpoint payment module so people didnt use it.

No I already have that part setup... not sure what else to do. Still no response.
