You are correct in calling me out. I do apologize for being grumpy about it all. It's been a bear of an upgrade (as always, and I've abandoned it many a time) and for whatever reason, pretty much every previously installed optional feature has broken my entire website. Just frustrating.

I could not possibly fix the documentation because I never got the darned thing working. In this long thread, lots of people ask questions on which files go where and the replies are snippy and not specific so after reading through 20 pages, I was feeling not just my own frustration, but that of all the others who were not given answers. I realize it's mostly volunteers. I wish I could help others but I don't have any kind of grasp of anything, just enough to be dangerous. I've just wasted an entire day not getting anything moved forward.

Sorry to bust your chops, but ya sorta left yourself open... I also don't make suggestions for any general "someone" to make changes.. This is a volunteer community, WE are the "someone's" who manage the changes...

I don't remember too many snippy posts in THIS support thread.. I believe I got ONE (the deliverer will not be outed by me), but I moved on, and I even posted the solution to the issue I was asking about (which I found ON MY OWN).. Bottom line?? I tend to ignore those kinds of posts. They are fairly rare..

I have a site that uses Paul Hailey's BOOK PRODUCT TYPE. This is an extensive and comprehensive add-on that will turn your zenshop into a proper bookshop.

I did not see the MSRP pricing or Tabbed Products Pro on your site. How do you show price discounts?

I really like this mod, but I do not know how to get it working with Book product. It does not look very good when some products have Tabs and some without.

What do I need to uninstall?

Wow, that did it! I also noticed that version 1.6 does not have any stylesheet_tpp.css file.

I agreed with jeskremer. Version 1.6c does not have stylesheet_tpp.css. I have extract both 1.6c and 1.5. I can find (search) stylesheet_tpp.css on 1.5 but NOT 1.6c

So in summary this is what I see under includes\templates\YOUR_TEMPLATE\css
tpp.css (1.6c)
stylesheet_tpp.css (1.5)

I am new to TPP and I need help. Why is I don't not see any Tabs when I click product details? (I have Zencart 1.38)

I have installed TPP version 1.06c and followed instructions

Uploaded
/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css/*.css (Multiple files)
/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/images/*.gif (Multiple files)
/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/jscript/jscript_tpp.js
/includes/modules/tabbed_products_pro.php
/includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/tabbed_products_pro.php

Modified
/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_product_info_display.php
by modify existing template TM047 (from template monster) ( add 3 minor code snippets to add)


Imported TabbedProductsPro.sql only
(Admin->Tools->Install SQL Patches, 16 queries completed)

Then enabled TPP - Global Enable Tabs = 1 (on)
TPP - Global Enable Tabs = 1 (on)
TPP Global Details On Tabs = 1 (on)
TPP Stylesheet = alt_tpp_tabs1.css
TPP Pages to enable = product_info

Yes My Site shows no tab

One common issue seems to be that those who's servers are not running PHP5 will experience issues. If your server is running PHP5 and you still have issues, I suggest rolling back to v1.05.. Most folks who have issue with v1.06c seem to have no issues with v1.05..

Lastly Template Monster templates frequently hack cor Zen Cart code.. (as they seem to be aiming for style over substance with their templates) As a result they may not integrate easily with Zen Cart modules.. (especially those which modify the look and feel of one's store) I'm afraid you may not find much help with issues that are related to TM hacked code..
