Hello
i have installed QBI and all is working, but when i click download file in create iif i get a blank page and not able to save file.
I've been using the QBI import for over a year and a half with no problems. (Version 3.21 with Zen Cart 1.38a) I haven't made any changes or added any mods and today when I try to download New Products, I get the following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 57 bytes) in /home/scrappin/public_html/store/xxxxl/includes/classes/qbi_mysql.php on line 160
I was able to download my New Orders with no problem, just can't download the New Products.
I have qbi installed and all works well for orders. however, when I export new products added in zen the IIF file does not put my products in subcatagories. I took the time to match cat names in qb and zen down to capitalization so i'm at a loss. any ideas? or is there a way to adjust the IIF before importing.
I have searched this thread for a while and can't seem to find any answer.
Hi, im trying to configure QBI with an Australian version of Quickbooks Pro. i went through the whole process of matching fields, but when i try to export any IIF file (on the create iif page), I get the following error;
Fatal error: Class 'output_file_iif_au' not found in /****/includes/classes/qbi_classes_output.php
(Im wondering if the 'au' part of the file relates to Australia and this is why it isnt working?)
Id be willing to pay for the commercial version, but as countries outside of the US are not supported, i wanted to see if i could get the free version working first.
Thanks,
Scott.
Edit: I noticed the errors occur when; QBI_QB_ISO2 - is called - can I hardcode this variable to be QBI_QB_AU - perhaps?

Where can I purchase the commercial version of this software?
Thanks!
Danielle
Yes, the Australian template does not exist, that's why you are getting an error. It needs to be set to US.
Currently, only US Quickbooks is supported by both the free and commercial versions. However, I have heard that Australian QB is close to the US version, so you can try it and see if it works.Id be willing to pay for the commercial version, but as countries outside of the US are not supported, i wanted to see if i could get the free version working first.
Thanks,
Adam
