blank page + error in admin after moving

I moved my zencart shop from a development subdomain to the domain where it's supposed to be... database transferred successfully, i can access the admin section but:

I get a blank page on the index, with error log:

[05-Feb-2010 22:22:40] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function Execute() on a non-object in ****/httpdocs/wshop/includes/init_includes/init_db_config_read.php on line 18

When in admin, i can access e.g. store configuration, but when going to currencies or articles

[05-feb-2010 22:29:35] PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class currencies in ***/httpdocs/wshop/admin/includes/classes/currencies.php on line 26

it's my very first installation & transfer to another site, so obviously i'm missing something

any ideas anyone?
