I have read this information and am unable to locate the PHP.ini file except for one instance in my home folder on my local computer. This file does not appear to be located in the zencart installation files?

Can someone help with this please .. confused

ZenCart does not include a php.ini file

Some hosts (such as iPage) have a feature where clients can make changes to the PHP.INI . Ask your host if they have such a feature. Alternatively, use a .htaccess file to address the issues raised in the install process. Those links you pointed us to indicate the solution.

As this is not a strictly zencart issue, you should contact your host to assist...
