OLD Super Orders 2.0 (See v3.0 thread instead)

Just in case anyone tries to run this on php 5.3.x and has problems with being able to reset downloads, I probably have an answer, but I had to undo what I had done because the host decided to just roll back the server to 5.2.x. Anyway, in helping me troubleshoot, Ajeh said this:

I did a compare of orders.php and v5.3 orders.php and that appears to be the only difference and super orders used the diff_date so that needed to be changed to zen_diff_date for v5.3 ...

Awesome... I was just thinking about this today.. I only compiled posted changes to get to the new version of Super Orders.. I couldn't take on 5.3 compatibility.. (WAAAAAAY over my head)

Also which version of SO were you using BTW?? (Probably doesn't make a diff, just wanted to make sure that we're documenting this fully..)

To be honest, I'm not sure which version because I applied it a few weeks ago and the problems didn't come up until she did a server move...I can tell that I added it around December 15th of last year and I had just downloaded it for that installation, if that will help to determine which version it was.

Probably Rev 46.. Check out the latest version I applied a LOT of fixes that have been posted here over the last two years, and I think it really improves Super Orders.. (details in the readme fiel..)

Apologies if this has been covered but I have installed this fine mod for the first time tonight and despite a few hours of head scratching and re-installing the mod a few times I am having a strange issue with buttons not showing properly in admin.

I have attached a screenshot and would be very grateful if anybody could suggest why this is happening.

Well to begin with it looks like you've modified the default button graphics, so my guess is that one of your new button graphics doesn't match the name of the old button. No other reason for this to be happening..

Finally got a small window of time to do over some of the Super Order buttons.. Just so it's clear, this is not a slight at ALL to Blindside.. My clients just didn't care for the default buttons which is what prompted the creation of these buttons at all..

As soon as my time permits I'll add this to the list of minor changes I'll be making to the Rev48 submission and upload ver 2.0 Rev48a. In the meantime I thought I'd upload them here.. These buttons will be included in the "Optional Files" in case:
A. You don't like these buttons (different strokes.. can't make everyone happy )
B. You REALLY like the original Super Order buttons..

In the meantime I decided to share the buttons here.. Enjoy..

I am looking for the UPGRADE.txt and _upgrade from the rev48 release and do not see them there. I sure hope I am not being clueless in overlooking them.

Have these changed from the rev47 release? If so I can just use those for now.

I didn't include the upgrade files at all. Based in the posts in the support thread it appeared that there were very few remaining Super Orders 1.x users. Also without having a method to test the upgrade file, I omitted it from the Rev48 package.

I'm sure you can use the one form previous versions, but I have not tested.. AND unless you are running Super Orders v 1.x, you don't need this file anyway..
