Blank pages after Moving store to root

I've edited my admin/includes and includes configure.php then ran the fix-cache-key which appeared to synchronize.
Now when I click (in admin) configuration, session I get a white page. My error log says:

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library './php_gd2.dll' - ./php_gd2.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library './php_mysql.dll' - ./php_mysql.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

This is the same error message I get when I test as a customer clicking their purchased download link.

Scattering your questions all over the forum results in unfinished discussions, incomplete answers, and makes the information useless for others who may come along looking for something similar. It's even worse when you hijack someone else's discussion to take it off on a bunny-trail when you've already got other posts doing the same thing. Please stop making more work for the volunteers who offer their help for free.

Please excuse me if I misstepped. I'm new at this and feel this is a separate issue from the one you referenced above, however I posted the dll errors here as well because I can't tell if issue #1 downloads or issue #2 a blank pages in my admin area since editing my config files.

Your link to my other post is about my first issue with downloads & I'm getting no where with that. I continue to search old posts.

This string's original issue appeared to be solved however I was having the same problems with blank pages WITHIN MY ADMIN AREA after editing my config files, so didn't feel I had hijacked anything. I have spent days and days searching posts before asking for asssistance and have solved many things on my own with help from your posts. Up until now I felt this was a helpful group that wasn't out to humiliate new users and have found most people enjoying supporting zencart newbys that are really making an effort to solve things on their own. I don't mind "buying a cup of coffee" once I get going here. I'm new, but not ignorant, and I will be of help to future newbies once I can get myself off the ground and will do so without regret. I'm not afraid to help others for free once I get my feet off the ground, and I will... Sometimes after days and days of no answers, you get frustrated. Thanks to the few that have responded
