Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

this is my first time installing this mod .
problem im having is that all related js files are loaded using lightbox file and not by zencart . so now that i wan to add some other jquery script , i ran into errors , due to the fact that , jquery loaded by lightbox, loads Before my js scripts and those script can not initialize some functions.
wondering how i ( zencart ) load my script after jquery ?

zen_lightbox-v1.5-20081218 = not working

I did everything told in the install file and Image Handler is working fine only lightbox doesnt work.
When I click to open a larger image nothing happens at all.

do the setting show in the configuration column?

did you set it to true so it will know to work?

if yes then open the zip and go to your server files and make double sure you put everything into the right spot...if you are using ANY template other than classic you need to create a folder with that templates name in the fodler where it is indicated (your_template folders or custom folders) that will tell you that you need to place those files in there.

like in the includes/languages/english/extra_definitions/your_template

you need to create a fodler in that extra_definitions folder with your templates name and place the file into it....so if your template is mostlygrey you create a fodler called mostlygrey and plop the contents of the "your_template" folder into it.

hope that does not confuse you...I am good at confusing people.

Yes I did and when i set it to false the old popup still works fine but in true there is no popup or lightbox

Still using classic . Double checked everything is in the right place

some will fight with each other and if it is an addon it may have overwritten another file that lightbox needed. or is it from a custom theme?

Finaly got lightbox and imagehandler working, except for one thing.
In an older version I had in the lightbox a "close X" button . But now it isnt there?

Somebody nows how to get it back?

well i was going to tell you to check and make sure the image did not go walk about but that function has never worked at my store...and still doesn't and I know not why.

I just installed the Lightbox Gallery and it just is not working! I have used this before and have not had a problem but on this site I just cannot figure it out...yes all the files are correct and the database is correct and it is turned on - but when you click on an image it just goes to a larger new screen

...I am thinking there is a conflict with another file that I have but cannot figure out which one...

Can anyone with more experience with this mod take a quick peak and see if there is any reason you can see for this mod not too work?!?!?!?

what theme is that...a zen theme or one that is from a different locatin other than this site---paid for maybe??

I would think maybe it is a file got overwritten or it conflicts with the purchased theme.

Followed all instructions expicitly.....

An out-of-the-box zen 1.3.8a installation classic template

IH2 allowing to overwrite all files

Lightbox

All working fine....exactly as it should

Now I just have to figure out what is wrong on my customers website...http://flowers-by-design.info...where IH2 works but Lightbox won't......

Any ideas anybody.....
