Zen Lightbox addon [Support Thread]

I'm having some issues with getting light box working. The images show up but no light box.

1. first open the zip
2. go to your server files
3. double check to see that all files are uploaded to the correct placed---remember the best way is to reupload them to overwrite the ones you first did, just in case one or two got corrupted when you did it the first time.

make sure the folders that are marked as your_template --- those items in there need to go into the same sub folders in the template you are using. If you do not have that folder in any area it says then create one, using the exact same name as your template you are using.

does the settings show in the configuration/lightbox area?

sis you have any errors when you installed the sql?

yes includes\templates\ri007 is what i mean. anytime you find either your_template or custom then that is what you do...drop the items into the folder that houses your template you are using for the store.

and make additional ri007 folders in anyother spot that the zips indicate there should be one.

Hi. I am having problems with my lightbox not working within Opera. No problems in FF or IE. I have a new shop. ZenCart 1.3.8a
Cherry Zen Template. Zen Lightbox v1.5. Any suggestions what is keeping this from working in Opera? Below is a link to a product with multiple images.

Same here. Lightbox isnt working in Gallery mode in Opera. The "Next" button doesnt appear in the top right of the lightbox.

Any help?

Update: Its only the "Next" button in gallery mode in Opera that doesnt work. The keyboard arrow keys cycle through the images in Lightbox, and the "Prev" button works. Its just the Next button that is broken. Please help.

some people with google chrome have problems also so it may be just a setting or just and opera thing.

I have a 1.3.8a install running IH2 and zen lightbox.

How do I get zen lightbox to work with the images on the product listing page, you know when you enter a category... initial list.
I have tried setting medium images for hot spot etc, also copied the jscript_zen_lightbox.php file into all the page folders and still won't work.

Anyone know how to fix this or where else I should look.

do you mean like if the category is backgrounds...click that link and see them all listed in the column?

I do not think lightbox will work that way since those are like doors to the product page, where the lightbox feature does work...with image handler they get the medium size to look at and give them a taste and want to see more by clicking the image.

Hello, hopefuly somebody can tell me what to do to get lightbox working

I installed a clean zencart 1.3.8a =working
Image Handler2 Version: 2.0 = working
zen_lightbox-v1.5-20081218 = not working

I did everything told in the install file and Image Handler is working fine only lightbox doesnt work.
When I click to open a larger image nothing happens at all.
