Not enough information posted to help.. Need a URL to your site, need to see what your image settings are. Did you double check that you installed all the files in the right locations??

im sorry you two.. when it comes to cars you Americans have it all wrong.

Yes the classic American cars may look nice but they have the engineering complexity of a spoon! How on earth can you have 5lt V8 engine produce so little horse power! Good for one thing, going in a straight line, usually to a a fast food place!

A few more questions/observations:

• Is this a custom template you created or did you purchase/download a template from somewhere?
• I noticed that the hover works on the "Specials" page, but not the "Category Product Listing", "All Products", "New Products" or "Featured Products". Makes me wonder if any customizations or other modules you've installed which affects those pages have inadvertently removed code that IH2 needs..

Yes, there is a custom template in use.

Yes, the hover effect only works on the sideboxes and Special page. I also did a test upgrade to v1.3.9 and reinstalled IH2 but still have the same problem. It is very strange.

Is it the fact that we divorced the motherland and handed out a spanking back in the 1700s? I cannot count the number of conversations I have been in that have been prefaced with: "Present company accepted, but why is it that ALL Americans.... bla bla bla blaaa (insert insult of choice)."

I've often thought perhaps I should begin my conversations with: "Present company accepted, but why is that ALL British..."
- cooking is as bland as dirt?
- are snide?
- are filled with undeserved since of importance?
- are condescending, regardless of station?
- are fat (yes, same stereotype exists on this side of the pond)?
- people have crooked, stained teeth?

I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say this looks like a Template Monster (or affiliate) template.. I beleive your issue is that your template has modified some of the core files in such a way that IH2 is not working as it should.. To test this, I suggest copying the IH2 files from the "/includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE" folders to the "classic" template folder, and switching to the classic template.. If everything works then it is indeed an issue with your template, and if it's a TM template it's gonna be difficult to say what the fix is, since it would require knowing what they hacked out..
