    Are you running an older version of Zen Cart as well??

    Unfortunately, I can't help you with Rev46 issues.. Suggest you download the latest version of Super Orders (Rev48). If you are attempting to make the changes required to display the full shipping information (as posted in several posts in this support thread) then you will want to take a look at Rev48 which compiles a BOATLOAD of posted fixes to Super Orders from over a 3-4 year period (including the display of the full shipping data).

    using version 1.3.8a

    I just installed this mod and I was wondering how to show a partial refund on the invoice?? Is this possible?

    For instance the customer was overcharged for shipping and I refunded it through paypal which of course paypal lets them know but I would like that to show on their invoice.

    You could enter a negative payment with the payment type as "Adjustment".

    I have some troubles in that super order does not show some orders paid by credit card. There is no purchased item shown in the invoice or the packing slip. Neither email notification was received. This "missing order" can only be found in batch status update and batch form printing.

    Another thing I want to change is status of payment in invoices. Every incoice indicates "balance due" even though I have received the payment. The invoice looks like a bill more than what it is supposed to be.

    I am attaching a copy of two recent invoices to show the problem. I am using the latest version of super order, and v1.38a ZC.

    Any word will be appreciated. Thank you for help.

    The sample order you attached is a PayPal order.. If you look through the documenation and this support thread you will see that since the initial release of Super Orders the automated entry of payment records for PayPal paid orders has NEVER been a Super Orders feature, abut there are plenty of posts in this support thread which cover ways to add this. (I've not tried any of them but reliable members have and seem to be happy with the results)

    Again not enough detail to understand the problem you are describing.. Which order notification?? If you are referring to the customer and storeowner order notifications received AFTER the order is place, these are not controlled or affected by Super Orders

    I tried using Debug Error Logging Utility to find the problem, here are the messages from the debug files:

    Chances are this has always been broken. I wish I could help, but only one of my clients uses PayPal Payment Pro and he does not use Super Orders... Maybe someone else can chime in if they know what the error means.. Do you get the errors when you use the default orders.php??
