I'd suggest the following:

open includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/css/stylesheet.css

find the following declaration and make the highlighted changes:

#mainWrapper {
margin:0 auto;
width:960px;
text-align: left;
vertical-align: top;
}

Usually increasing the width of the template would solve the problem.

You seem to be using a Template Monster template and they are well known for not playing well with some of the add-ons in the downloads section.

Check with them and see if they can tell you how to change the width of the template.

Thank you so much for your help - I've submitted a support ticket with the t/plate company (I didn't purchase it from TM tho....but I guess that's just a generic term for 'some' frustrating templates that don't play nice?)

What did you have in mind?
currently it gives you the step you are on in number as well as text form.

Right- I like the procedure it gives- I just wanted to customize the look/feel of it to fit my site better. I changed some of it already via CSS- but wanted something a little different. Maybe a green progress bar under each step? Not sure yet.
