I am preparing a Zencart install for our shop (http://www.centralphone.com/tienda - not finished yet). With 1.3.9c and group pricing per item is working perfectly for me.

I had to create one more function so that it'd show the retail prices with tax included (here in spain we have all the prices shown with the current tax included, usually 16%, now in July it'll change to 18%).
