Blank page on inspection during install - Windows 7 Pro

Hello everyone,

This is my first post after having spent hours searching through the forums for the solution to my problem.

I am trying to install zencart 1.3.9d on windows 7 pro, php 5.3.2, mysql 5.1, apache 2.2. After I accept the license agreement during the install process, the browser hangs and then eventually displays a blank inspection page ().

I have setup the install and all the permissions correctly. I have verified that there is no file corruption in the file structure. I have tried almost everything that I've come across in every post in this forum that I've found that relates to this issue. I have not found a fix.

Can anyone help me with this?

Is this an install on your local machine using WAMP or XAMPP?

Have you tried to install using a different browser (Chrome, FF)?

I'm having the same problem. I'm installing it on my local machine and I'm using easy PhP. If you founf a solution to the problem could you please share it with us?
