I don't understand when I have 2226 products the sitemap is just writing 2217 of them. Anybody have any suggestion why. Thank you in advance. I'm running zencart v1.3.9d

Where do you move the gss.xls to? What hacks all of them or just this one. Thank you

Just in case anyone else is still wondering, the filepath "/" refers to your store root directory. So if your store was in www.mydomain.com/shop you would move gss.xls to "/shop". If your store was www.mydomain.com your would move to just "/" (your public_html folder).

Actually you don't have to move the gss.xls at all, or do no hacking to any file. Just change a line in your .htaccess file and everthing will work. See below. Thanks for the post Payam

Here is why this addon won't work with zencart. You don't need to move anything anywhere or do anyother hack except to change the .htaccess file under your "includes" folder.

/web-site-root/includes/.htacess

on line 26 you will find:
<FilesMatch ".*\.(js|JS|css|CSS|jpg|JPG|gif|GIF|png|PNG|swf|SWF)$">

Change the line to:
<FilesMatch ".*\.(js|JS|css|CSS|jpg|JPG|gif|GIF|png|PNG|swf|SWF|xsl|XSL)$">

You are by doing that allowing the filetypes *.xsl and *.XSL to be accessed by an external browser.

My .htaccess version is:
# @version $Id: .htaccess 16111 2010-04-29 22:39:02Z drbyte $
So perhaps that is why on zencart 1.38 it works and not on the newer ones.

I just noticed a problem with sitemap.xml particularly the sitemapproducts.xml uploading info to google. I installed it approx 6 weeks ago. Just lately I got some 301 errors from google on webmaster that the following url does not exist?

http://www.ethoil.com/store/language...0ml-0-3oz-p-12


sitemapproducts.xml is uploading the above url to google. However the folder of /language/en do not exist on my server... why are they being generated? as it should just read

http://www.ethoil.com/store/pure-cha...0ml-0-3oz-p-12

any ideas Please on how to fix this??

I read back a few pages and didn't see this. Pardon me if I missed it. If you have a Windows Live account and use the Live Webmaster Tools, You can ping bing directly by adding the following on the configuration page after the Moreover entry.

Bing => http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=%s

I have read/scanned through all the pages of this thread and could not find an answer.

I am running 1.3.8 with xml sitemap 2.1 and the newest ultimate SEO URLS. When I create the site map I do not get the modified SEF URL. What is strange is I have another store with the same mods installed and it works fine. I even went and copied files from the other store trying to fix it, because I couldn't remember if I had to change something to get it to work there. This is killing my Google rankings! Please help, Thank you.
