    In \includes\classes\google_base.php make a backup and upload the new google_base.php Maybe this will solve your problem.
    I have applied the new google_base.php file. However when creating a new xml file it now created two new files ethoil_products.xml & ethoil.xml?? The CDATA attribute is found on both? I have uploaded the ethoil_products.xml to google anyway to see if that makes any differences. Should know either way in 24-48hrs...

    When it creates the 2 files, one of them will not work because there is nothing in the xml file. The other one is the one you need to upload to google. Click on view to see your data file before uploading it to google. I don't use the auto feature that google base offers, I go to google and upload it from there. You can set a time within google merchant center to automatically retrieve your data feed file whenever you want it to. Make sure your data feed file name you created with google is the same as your out put file name or google will reject it. The file you downloaded from me is the one I have being using a long time and google always accepts all my product.

    The output from the cron shows everything seems to work as expected, with no errors, except that it only parses 23 products.

    The 23 products it does parse, I can see in the google merchant system fine, but why isn't it doing the entire catalogue.

    I can't find any reference to a threshold anywhere.

    Any ideas?

    Is your script timing out or does it create all your product in the XML file.
    If your script is timing out, in the root of your server (not store root), create/open a file called php.ini and add the following lines:
    max_execution_time = 300
    max_input_time = 90
    memory_limit = 32M
    If it is not creating all your products try this.

    I used the ethoil_products.xml as that is file I have created on google base??

    I used the upload feature in admin>tools to upload the new file...

    The bottom link does like I said nothing in it except
    XML Parsing Error: no element found
    Location: http://www.ethoil.com/store/feed/goo...l_products.xml
    Line Number 1, Column 1:
    This is what mine does also. Nothing to worry about on that one.
    The other one is the one you need to upload.

    Is that all you have 9 products in your feed?

    I used the upload feature in admin>tools to upload the new file...

    Try going straight to Google base merchant center and uploading your file. I never like this feature because it has always cause problems.

    Yes thats right. Try this create a new feed in the google merchant center named ethoil.xml

    Google base when it creates your feed puts and _ at the end of ethoil file. What I do is go to my sever when it creates it and take off the _ at the end of the name. Goole always excepts my files. Hope this make sense.

    I think they will. Just setup a schedule for them to craw your feed every week, month etc.
