1) What internet browser and version are you using to export the info?

2) Is your state field on the account creation for a "drop down" selection or a standard "text input field"?

3) Are you trying to export one product per row or one order per row?

4) Does your site sell any products that do NOT require the customer to enter a shipping address?

hello, i've exported all orders without using test mode, now i want to export them again, i select "Include orders already downloaded in export", set date from the first day of my store created to today, and select any order status, but only several orders have been exported.
according to the order date, order status, i guess these few orders exported are random.

i use zencart 1.38a
shipping export 1.24, also tried 1.31
IE, also tried firefox
drop down for account creation
one order per row, also tried one product per row
shipping address required for costomers

and i installed a new mod gob_package_trackers

So the first time it DID in fact export all orders correct? It was only the second time trying to reexport them that the problem occured. Is this accurate?

yes, when new orders placed, i can export them correctly, if i want to reexport them, then i get only several orders even i select "Include orders already downloaded in export". and i'm not sure if the problem occured due to the new mod gob_package_trackers i installed.

I wouldn't think it is due to that new mod install. The export module simply takes the information already entered into the DB with each order and pulls it for export. Install of new mods (unless the specifically alter order fields in the db) should have little or no effect.

What happens if you select the "include orders already downloaded in export" and also add a date range to the export? Does it pull all orders then or still just a few?

i guess i know what the problem is, cause i changed the country name from "united kingdom" to "uk" from admin, now those orders of "united kingdom" couldnt be exported

i also modified other countries names, i have forgotton when i modified them and which countries i modified.
now i know the orders exported are just part of my orders, but i dont know what do i export all orders i need.
any ideas?

You could try this version until his is fixed. As a test anyway. http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showpo...&postcount=204
its one file to replace after installing the package (no instructions, you're on your own).

Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9b but I can't get this to work now.

I filled out the export fields the same way I always did. The screen shows me my new orders, but the export creates a blank file. It then updates the new orders to download_ship = yes, so it thinks it exported them correctly. But my file is empty except for the header.

I will mention that for some reason when I upgraded, it wiped out all of these files. Not sure why, but I reinstalled.

Any ideas?
