You need to use a file comparing tool like winmerge or meld. Then, you should compare the telephone number module's files against the original zen-cart files to see which lines are modified.(they are not many)But I need the shipping telephone number field to be added. Can anyone help me out how can this be done???
After that you should modify the same lines in the same way in the FEC module's files.

This is important and I do not mean to double post but my problem has not been responded to. I have the low order fee installed and setup correctly. But with the one page checkout it is not showing the low order fee. Can someone help me with this issue so I can launch my new site? Hope to hear a reply shortly thank you!

Firstly, try not rewriting this URL. If you are unable to stop your SEF URLs module from rewriting certain pages, try disabling it and if that corrects the issue, then you would need to decide between the checkout system or your current SEF URLs module.
Check the error console for JavaScript errors.
Check the Live HTTP Headers to see what is happening during the submission process.
Definitely sounds like a problem with that module and not FEC. Try doing a file compare between your server files and a fresh unzipped version of Zen on your hard drive.
I would say "it is XYZ file", but there is more than a couple files involved so there is no way to tell which one is the problem.

The customer phone number is listed on the Admin order processing page and it is also on the Sale order email that you receive.
I have been using ZenCart for many years now and have not found a need for telephone number in the shipping address. I have seen several make this request and was wondering what is the need of this phone number. Would you share your need for it with us?
