FYI, I also have run the Troubleshooting QWC and it completes successfully. I'm starting to suspect something has gone haywire with the SOAP server (GoDaddy host). I'll contact them too, but if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
I posted an issue right above yours, and I also use GoDaddy. I wonder if there is a connection?
