OK, another question then.... When I am viewing the inactive codes and I click on restrictions.... it says
Do you know why this is? Is it because the code is dead and does not have restrictions anymore?Sorry, your security clearance does not allow you to access this resource.
Please contact your site administrator if you believe this to be incorrect.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
It would be nice to somehow be able to delete them. Maybe someday... Thank you for your quick response too.
No idea ... do you have an Add On for Admin levels or something on your site?![]()

Go to your Zen Cart Admin to the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box enter:
security clearance
and select Catalog/Admin ... then click search ...
See if that helps identify where this is coming from ...

Hi everyone
I am currently using version v1.3.9f.
As a promotional aspect to my site I offer discount coupons as prizes for a monthly competition. Is there any way I can offer a £10 discount coupon which the customer does not have to use in one transaction?
I would like somehow to be able to offer the voucher, and if say the customer used £4 of that voucher the remaining £6 would still be redeemable at a later date.
I apologise if this question has already been answered, I have read through all of these posts and the FAQ but am not really getting very far in the process.
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated, thanks so much for taking the time to read my post![]()
Is this still the issue, or has this been reconsidered in an update since? I have a coupon code that I use weekly and accidently deleted it. If the case is that you cannot reactivate, nor completely delete, nor create another coupon with same code, what files would I go into to remove the information of the coupon code so that I may create another one exactly the same? Basically tricking the cart into thinking there was never that code and completely removing it.
Please let me know.
Thanks!
If you look at the Inactive Coupons, does it show?
If so ... is the only thing that happened to the Discount Coupon that you accidentally marked it Inactive?
Or ... did you delete it from the database in another manner such as through phpMyAdmin?
