    Default "cgi-bin" file?

I'm updating from 1.3.9g to h I noticed I have a cgi-bin file but it is not listed in h or g for that matter. Do I need it or should it be deleted?
    Thank you

This is part of your server setup, not part of ZC.

    Do not delete it.
