Nixaks Sagepay Form Module

Sagepay have just changed to a new user interface where all orders are primarily shown and indexed by the vendor TX Code.

However these vendor TX codes are not linked to Zen cart order numbers and now identifying specific transactions details for a specific orders is not as easy as it was as they now only show the card holders name and not the customers name. Is it possible to pass to Sagepay the order invoice number and have them display this information?

Also they no longer display the items purchased on their transaction information.

I installed the SagePay Form Module (Thanks Nixaks) and ran a successful test - BUT now it just ends up in a loop from checkout step 2 to 3 back to 2 never showing the SagePay page. Anybody any ideas where to start looking? I tried uninstalling the module and reinstalling again but still getting this annoying loop!

All suggestions gratefully received.

Hi JK,

Can I suggest you check your SHIPPING module (perhaps switch it to Flat Rate) and test your order again.

If that doesnt help then try enabling the Debug Error Logging Utility, which is a ZenCart free download, to help locate the issue which will be generated into the cache directory.

looks like i'm not using the correct vendor name...

The Vendor name you provided, cannot be found in the database. Please ensure you are using the correct Vendor Name as assigned to you by Sage Pay.

where do I find this in sage?

Hi Nixaks. I noticed you mentioned a version 1.4 in a post you made in May.

Has this been released yet at all? I'm using the module with Zen Cart 1.3.9h and everything is working well but I really want to be able to display a message to the user if the payment fails rather than them just being directed back to the payment page again.

Im assuming if I install the add-on this will ease the pressure on becoming PCI DSS compliant as you are not storing any customer data on your server as it is being done on Sage's server?

As I currently use the CEON Sage Direct module and my customer is on shared hosting and can not block a service...

Guy's, I have a site running this module www.501darts.ie and it was working fine up until just around xmas, the 27th I think. After that none of the orders paid for by sage page have showed up in the orders section. I've changed nothing in the site. Has anyone seen this anywhere else? All help greatly appreciated!
