Shopping Cart Checkout stuck on Shipping Address

Hello All,

When a customer goes to checkout, they get to Step 1 - Checkout Shipping - Shipping Method and it doesn't display anything except for a change address button that does nothing when clicked on. I am not sure when this happened or the change that caused it to stop working but now customers can not checkout. Thanks for the help!

What happens if you try to edit a customer account in admin. Do the address fields display there?

I see all the information in the customer details in the admin section

So this has something to do with sushosin, the php hardening tool... I reported the error to my host and they will investigate, I will report back here...

I investigated the problem and I have to inform you that the problem in this case is the use of a function which is not allowed on our shared servers due to security measures.

In the functions_customers.php file you use function eval which is a security risk because this function can be used to process code parsed by the client.

I personally recommend to modify the code used in this file and use a similar function. Please have in mind that such modification requires expert knowledge in PHP and you might need the assistance of the Zen Cart developers, or the assistance of a professional web developer.
