Adding the same image to all products

I have a shop where I sell embroidered T-shirts on and I am using the embroidered image for each product in th category.

However, the Tee's I use have almost 70 colors to choose from. I need to present a second image on each product page that is a color chart of all the colors. It will be the same image on each design page.

I guess am going to have to add all 70+ colors to the option values section and then, since all products will have a size box as well, I am hoping I can use one of the tools to populate all 70 values to all products at once.... I hope.

If there is a better way, please let me know.

However, how to I get that swatch image on each product as a second image or as a dropdown type box?

Add it manually to one product
Then in the attributes controller copy it to another product or to a complete category of products

Back Up your DB before doing this just in case

That works for the dropdown list of color attributes, but I also have an imahe that has a set of color swatch boxes that I would like to show on each and every page that has one of a particular brand of shirt. Other than making a XXXX_LRG_01.JPG for each product, is there a way to do this.

Or is there a way to attach an image to each name in the dropdown so if they hover on a color it pops up that color swatch?
