    Default Another IMAGE question

    v1.39
    Short version:

    I've got a folder with 9600 images that's in the /images/ folder. I've already changed both configure.php files to read 'images/PICFOLDER/');

    None o fthe pics from the PICFOLDER are showing up on my site.

    What am I missing?

    Sometimes its the little things....are you hosted on linux? I had a similar problem in that my windows machine was ok with .jpg and .JPG but linux IS case sensitive. Its worth checking

    All of the images are lower case .jpg.

    What file(s) should I look at to determine if I need to change jpg to JPG?

    Any other suggestions?

    Exactly what are you trying to achieve with the sub-folder?
    Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

    Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

    Did you use EP to load the products?
    Did you define the right folder there?

    The pics were in a self extracting .zip file. When extracted they create a folder that the pics reside in. I can copy yhem from the current folder to the Images folder via the hosts file manager but can only select and move 50 files at a time. With a total of 9600 images...that would take forever.

    No. I didn't use Easy Populate.

    1-if you have a broken image right click it and paste the image url to notepad to confirm its path.
    2- either change the path to match where your images are or move the images to where the path specifies.

    I highly recommend using an FTP program like FileZilla as you will likely need to move more files in the future. Hosting file managers (especially Go Daddy's) are difficult at best.
