Need help - breadcrumb font color

Hi everyone.... new Zenner here... I'll try my best not to annoy anyone! :) I've been working on my new Zen site the past few days and I'm pretty happy with the progress I've made so far, but there is one last thing I really can't figure out how to fix and I could use some help!

I am trying to edit the font color for the text in my breadcrumbs and I can't get it to work. I want the link text/visited link text to be white and the hover text to be a pink color from the palette I'm working with. My breadcrumb bars are a dark color and you can't see the black default text. Trouble is, everything I've tried so far ends up changing the text colors on the whole site and that's not what I want to do.

Can someone please tell me what code I need to use? I would really appreciate the help!! Here is my site: http://www.trixiescraps.com/shop

Re: Need help - breadcrumb font color

I should edit here to say I added the following to my CSS sheet and yet all the text is still black...

#navBreadCrumb {
	background-color: #FFCAE4;
	background-image: url('../images/tile_back.jpg');
    height: 20px
   }

#navBreadCrumb a:link {
	color: #FFFFFF;
	text-decoration: none;
	}

#navBreadCrumb a:visited {
	color: #F59FA8;
	text-decoration: none;
	}

#navBreadCrumb a:hover {
	color: #FFFFFF;
	text-decoration: none;
	}

Re: Need help - breadcrumb font color

UPDATE.... I've figured out how to turn the links/hover/visited text in the breadcrumbs, main navigation bar, and center box the colors I wanted.... except....

In the main navigation bar (I think that's what it is?) the final branch in the navigation is still black and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to change it to white. Can someone please, please help me?? Here is a screenshot of what I'm talking about, with the offending text circled....

I'd really appreciate help - I've played with this for HOURS today and its such a terrible waste of time! Please save me before I pull out all my hair :)

Forget it... I figured it out on my own....

Persistance pays off... and boy, is this a crash course in the wild and wacky world of CSS....

Re: Need help - breadcrumb font color

If you can explain how you fixed the breadcrumb font I'd really appreciate it. In trying to change my sidebox fonts to white I accidently messed up my breadcrumbs and product descriptions and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to change back to black. When I hover over they are visible and fine, otherwise white and invisible.
