Ship only selected products internationally

Is there any way possible to enable only certain products to be shipped internationally?

I am offering international shipping in our store but have some products that cannot be shipped internationally. Is there a way to flag these products so they will not be available to countries outside of the US? Or possibly a way to add a handling charge to a particular product to be shipped to a country outside of the US?

For Example:

A customer from the UK places an order containing product A, and product B. Product B would be charged our normal international rates, however product A would require an additional charge. (only when the order will be shipped internationally)
