How can I disable the Shopping cart?

Hi there,

Hope someone can help. A client of mine needs to disable the shopping cart on her site for a week.

She wants users to be able to browse the products, just not make any purchases.

Is there a simple way I can do this?

Very easy. Admin > Configuration > My Store and set the store status to 1 or 2 as appropriate.
