Remove country from all addresses?
How would I eliminate the country name from ALL customer address displays? I'm mainly interested in removing from confirmation email, but as I only serve US customers, I do not want "United States" to appear on every address.
I guess in a lot of other countries it's common to add the country to the address, but it very unusual for the US.
I've looked through a lot of code, but nothing I've tried works.
I already found a thread to remove the country selection on the registration page.
