Product Listing page - Change Attributes Location

The title says it all. :)

I use attributes to add shipping to item prices but it's towards the bottom of the page. I'd like to move this up below the image so people can see it right away and not wonder why the item price is higher when they check out. I looked at the template and module files but I couldn't find the code to edit.

Look at your tpl_product_info_display file and look for

---bof attributes--- whats between----eof attributes----

and move that under the main image code.

How would I edit "Please choose"? It's not in the attributes tpl file nor is it in the english file.
