Payment Inf., Terms & Conditions

When customers check out, how do I turn off at the Payment page, the Terms and Conditions that is there for custmers to check a box? I went into Admin, Configurations, Define Page Status but don't see it. Is it elsewhere? So frustrating, I have tried everything, help!!! :yuck:
