[Done 1.4.0] Text display error between Admin & Catalog

When I went in the front side of ZC and entered myself and a few other, close business associates for testing purposes, I noticed a difference on the Catalog side to the Admin side of Customers.

On the Catalog side, /includes/languages/custom/english.php at line 222-224 is ENTRY_SUBURBxxx information, except that line 222 is using <<define('ENTRY_SUBURB', 'Address Line 2:');>> viewable by the new customer as "Address Line 2:".

On the Admin side, /admin/includes/languages/english.php at line 222-224 is displaying <<define('ENTRY_SUBURB', 'Suburb:');>> viewable by the Admin in /Admin/Customers/<customer account> as "Suburb:" ?

None of the Customers that I entered, used that 2nd Address line since everyone fits on the first line. There is a forum discussion about creating a new field and my desire to be able to use the "Suburb" , renamed to "County:" for California Taxation purposes. Changing the Catalog & Admin side to "County:" fixes my problem for the need of the field entry.

Either way, an update needs to synchronize the two, one way or the other, no matter what they're called, to help those unable to make these discoveries on their own ?
