checkbox don't work

it appens a new thing: one product have 2 choose with ceckbox; when I add it to cart, the selection is marked only with - (without the name of option). This appen only with ceckbox, instead with the other type of options (ie radio) all work fine.

The file should remain on the server, or can be removed?
