Lost Gift Certificate
A customer purchased a $50 dollar gift certificate for a friend. I was contacted and told the person did not receive the gift certificate email with the redemption code.
How/where can I look up the redemption code for this "lost" gift certificate? Is there a database table that holds thgift certificate redemption code information?
