transaction_id missing in payment modul

how can i set transaction_id in my payment modul as hidden field?
i try this below - what's wrong?

function process_button() { 
 
      global $db, $order, $currencies; 
                               zen_draw_hidden_field('trefnum', $_SESSION['payment']['transaction_id']) .
