How can I remove this in step 3 of 3?

On step 3 of 3 in the checkout process, there is a section that says
Special Instructions or Order Comments. It has an edit button there.

I dont want any comments entered. How can I remove this option?

alternativeley - is there a way to remove step 3 totally?

Check in the free addons section for one page checkout and others that modify this process

Look for 'comments' in includes/templates/template_default/tpl_checkout_confirmation_default.php
