I have added a couple of ez pages to add more information and content to my site.

I would like to make sure that the meta tag title and meta tag description for these pages is correct. I am using version 1.3.7

I have looked up for info on how to do this but it all seems quite complicated - can anyone please give me some information on how to do this.
