I cant run Zen Cart

With FTP Blade free edition I loaded complette zen-cart-v1.3.8a-full-fileset-12112007. Now I can´z run it. See link: http://www.e-shop.site90.com/. On forum where they host my store I receive the following answer: http://www.000webhost.com/forum/web-programming/4121-mysql-database.html

It doesn't appear that you uploaded all the files properly. When you manually enter the path to your installation folder you get a 404 page (as well as an advertising popup from your 'free' host - very annoying).

My first advice would be to forget any sort of 'free' hosting and find a good,reliable host. Hosting is really cheap, and your customers are not going to like the popup ads.
