Blank pages - please help?

I am at my wits end here, as I've been trying to figure this zen thing out for two days straight. Just as I finally got it to look about what I wanted it to, I discovered that I cannot login as a customer - I only get a blank page. And without customers, I might as well give this whole thing up.

Yes, I've been reading and FAQing this for the last few hours, and I have installed the debug-thing as well. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to actually use it, though, all I can find is that I should test the page and then get the errors. But how?? :blink:

And I've been trying to delete that last empty line in the php-files, but no dice.

Can someone please help me before I lose my mind?

I assume you've searched the Tutorials/FAQ area for 'blank'?

run the debug_error_logging_utility

and create the error by trying to log in. then see the error file in your cashe folder on your host server.

then post the error log here. or send it to me.

I have read the FAQ, just didn't help. And I have installed the debug too, but I have no idea how to get to the cache folder.

when you connect with a FTP client. in the root of your server. or the root of your zen cart folder there is a folder called Cashe.

within that folder should be some files called some thing like this: myDEBUG-1222202811.log

the error is in line 33 in this file

/includes/languages/norwegian/classic/header.php

post the 50 first lines of the file.

Just to uppdate everyone. the problen was in the file on line 33. and 32.

since both this lines was emty.

both lines was deleted and everything is now working like it should.
